I'd like to rearrange the letters in, "Chains" to read, "Chinas" because the restaurants this supply store caters to is easily Chinese or Asian-style restaurants. So, if you're needing any of those types of utensils, woks, or equipment, Chains is your place. I really enjoy shopping here -- such a broad selection of hard-to-find supplies. The staff is super helpful. Now if we can convince all restaurant supply stores to not close so early on Saturdays :)
